When life gives you vodka, make a martini. Also make spicy pink sauce parpadelle with jumbo shrimp. (You don’t need vodka to make “vodka” sauce, fight me). This dish is also always available @montesmanor and is stupid delicious. Go get it or make it right now, thank me later. 🤌🏼

Monte’s Spicy Sauce

Pappardelle Pasta

Jumbo Shrimp

Heavy Cream
-
Parsley
-
Olive Oil

Salt

Calabrian Chili
Directions
Add Olive Oil to Pan
Add a spoonful of Calabrian Chili
Salt Pasta water to the salinity of the sea
Add Jumbo Shrimp to sauce pan and simmer
Add half a jar of Monte’s Spicy Sauce to pan
Add half pound of Pappardelle to boiling water
Add ladle full of salty, starchy pasta water to the shrimp
Add Heavy Cream to sauce and stir
Add pasta to sauce and finish cooking
Plate and garnish with parsley
