My wife and I along with several friends have gone to our favorite Italian restaurant in New Jersey for years. We grudgingly admitted they have the best sauce we have ever tasted in spite of our avowals that our own recipes were better than each others. Ha ha. Well, since discovering Monte's we now aver that it rivals our finest favorite restaurant and even beats out our own blends! We love it and have gifted it to our sons on numerous occasions. It is a perfect sauce and the flavors are distinctly tasty. I usually add some of my own spices and ingredients when I have bought other sauces but it's best to leave Monte's to stand on it's own. BTW - I no longer make my own nor buy any other brands. Montes stands alone at the top of the crop.

This is one of the best sauces…. I love the variety and am most fond of the spicy. The jar is just right for two people.

After making my own sauce for decades I have put aside my blender , tomatoes etc . Nothing compares to this home made sauce. My husband drinks it out of the jar! Can’t say how great it is, no comparison to any other.

I used to use Rao's sauce, prior to reading the review of Monte's being number one. I ordered and tried it and I will never use any other sauce!
