⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Sauce That Changed Everything

I was introduced to this tomato sauce over the summer at the New Jersey Shore by my friend Matt, and I can honestly say it changed the way I think about sauce. I thought I knew what good sauce was—until I tasted this.

I married into a big Italian family, and to be honest, I was nervous about ever bringing home a jar that could stand up to their high standards. But this one? It passed every test. It’s now the only sauce we use in our Jersey home. The flavor is rich, balanced, and tastes like it came straight from Nonna’s kitchen.

Even my father-in-law, who’s incredibly picky about his sauce, loved it so much that we decided to take a trip down to the San Gennaro Feast in New York City to visit the guys behind it and celebrate with them in person. It was an amazing experience that made us love the sauce—and the people who make it—even more.

The pasta was unique shapes vis a vis grocery store options in a good way. And the sauce was very flavorful.

I through some vegetables and pasta together for a quick dinner with the sweet pepper sauce. It turned out so darn good I couldn't believe it. I credit Monte's sauce for beautiful meal. Monte's did all the work but I got the accolades. Thank you monte's!
