100% ORGANIC DURUM SEMOLINA

Our pasta is made from 100% organic and non GMO durum wheat semolina and water only. Proudly grown, prepared and produced in the USA. Most dried pasta is made from flour which is heavily processed, similar to white bread, and “enhanced” with artificial nutrients and additives which are hard to digest.

BRONZE DIE EXTRUDED

Monte’s pasta is extruded through bronze dies which leave a rough surface in order to soak up your sauce. Most is extruded through teflon dies which is not only a known toxin, but leaves a smooth surface which prevents your pasta from soaking up your sauce.

SLOW DRIED

Each shape is slow dried to perfection vs. the other brands who fast dry and essentially pre cook your pasta before you make yours. Additionally, this cooks off much of the nutritional value of the artificial ingredients that they add in.
