- Boil a tall pot of water & salt to the salinity of the sea. 
- When water is near boil, in a separate pot or sauce pan, add a table spoon of Calabrian chili with its oil to a low simmer.  - Optional: Add more Calabrian chili or red pepper for more heat. 
- Add pasta to boiling water, stirring to prevent sticking. 
- Add I jar of Monte's Sauce to the pot with the Calabrian chili and stir together. Leave on low simmer. 
- Once pasta is Al Dente, use tongs to move bucatini into sauce. 
- Finish cooking bucatini in sauce until the pasta is well coated. 
- Turn off heat and gently keep stirring pasta, allowing a few minutes to cool before plating. 
- Plate & garnish with fresh herbs, more red pepper & freshly grated parmesan.
