- Dice shallot 
- Salt your pasta water to the salinity of the sea 
- Boil pasta and add pasta  
- Heat up olive oil in a skillet and add diced shallots 
- Add a scoop of Calabrian chili to your shallots and fold in a stick of butter 
- Add Monte’s Spicy Sauce to Calabrian chili and shallot skillet 
- Boil sauce then take it down to a low simmer 
- Add a ½ cup of heavy cream 
- Using a spider spoon transfer your pasta to your sauce skillet 
- Grate fresh Parmesan directly into sauce sauce and pasta in skillet 
- Plate and top with as much parm as your heart desires.
