Vegan Pizza Bagels
The vegan pizza bagel is a modern adaptation of the classic pizza bagel, incorporating plant-based ingredients to cater to the growing demand for vegan options. Preheat the oven to 400˚F
Arrange the bagels cut-side up on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil.
Spread Monte’s Tomato Sauce over the pizzas. Top with the vegan mozzarella.
Add your toppings of choice, such as (vegan) pepperoni or ground sausage, spinach, red onion, mushrooms, bell peppers, and olives.
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is completely melted.
Serve with fresh basil on top.
